You’ll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing bookmarks stay exactly where they are — nothing is deleted or hidden. You just won’t be able to save new items until you either upgrade to Pro or remove enough existing bookmarks to drop below the 500-item limit.

Yes, always — on any plan. Go to Settings → Export to download your entire library as a JSON file or as a Netscape HTML bookmark file (compatible with every major browser). Your data belongs to you and is portable at any time, including if you decide to cancel.

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing with no questions asked. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
